Hsing Wei’s new rotogravure printing press installed in Pakistan.
Project enterprise was founded in 2011, with 4 years of experience with flexible packaging in Pakistan.
Primary product line is food packaging.
Hsing Wei’s rotogravure printing press joined project enterprise in 2012,
and became their member in 2015.
Commonly used substrates include oriented polypropylene (OPP), polyester (PET), CPP,
metalized films (OPP, PET, CPP),and foil laminated to various films such as OPP,
high-clarity cast polypropylene or custom blended polyethylene sealant layers.
We recommended them to go for the HWAI model, which includes engaging design characters,
such as low friction dancer roll system, linear splice system on unwind and rewind.
The New- type doctor system, has accurate registrations, due to German Siemens PLC control
synchronization with all of the motors via high efficiency communication interface, maximum tail length control near the
paper core area for 50% less wastage of film.
And most importantly - the ink furnishing roller, which is designed to improve the stability from turbulences which occurs with the high speed rotating gravure cylinder and ink interface when the general gravure cylinder immerses directly into the ink tray.
This turbulence will cause the ink to be unable to attach onto the surface of the engraved gravure
cylinder because of air pockets and will affect the quality of printing.
Ink furnishing rollers can be very effective to squeeze air out, and to ensure the ink to completely attach to the surface of the cylinder for quality printing perfection.
