Project enterprise was founded in 2008.
With 6 years of experience in the aluminum foil coating and shrinkable film industry.
Hsing Wei rotogravure printing press joined Project’s factory in 2008, and became their member in 2015.
Two presses are both especially responsible for printing aluminum foil lid.
Aluminum foil films are easily fractured, it is much more expensive than plastic film,
and aluminum laminates,they are not easy to recycle due to difficulties in separating the components and the low yield of aluminum metal.
But these characteristics weren’t a problem once they met Hsing Wei’s rotogravure press,
which has a specially designed turret type non-stop auto splicing system,center winding pneumatic
tension dancer roller system, auto tension controller and manual operation tension detector and low friction cylinder.
The machine’s great structure is the reason for precise printing products, neat and tidy rewind effects,
and minimized wastage, but most importantly, it keeps the aluminum foil material highly stable
and its economic qualities are outstanding!
During these 7 years, our customer’s business group has grown and expanded significantly
in the packaging marketplace and economy.
