Water transfer printing

Water transfer printing uses water solvable polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) film, placed on the surface of the dipping tank, after the pigments are dissolved, what’s left is the decor left on the surface of the water.

The required printing component is then dipped through the decor and into the water, resulting in a bubble free print on account for the natural pressure of water.

The components PVA residues are washed off, dried and sealed with clear varnish for the final UV durable and abrasion resistance finish.
